1. Do you provide free samples or not? What's the cost?
Provide, we according to the customer's request for free for customers
A4 size sample.
Note: the above free samples do not include express delivery fee.
2. When will the goods be delivered after payment?
Spot varieties, payment on the same day, delivery on the same day,
customized fabrics need to contact customer service
3. What is the process of fabric customization?
(1) Order sample (2) factory proofing (3) sample return confirmation
(4) mass production (5) order completion
4. What is the payment process of fabric customization?
After confirming the sample cloth,
the buyer will pay 30% of the total price and we will start production
After the production is completed,
the buyer pays 70% of the total price, and we start to deliver the goods
5. How is the product packaged?
We take roll as unit, inner packing transparent plastic bag,
outer packing woven bag.
If you need other packing, please contact customer service for negotiation
Due to the influence of climate, air humidity and other factors,
the actual weight of cloth may have errors, please understand
6. What do you need to know before buying?
(1) Due to the different process, the influence of ambient temperature and
the width of goods, a deviation of 1cm will occur
(2) 5% deviation due to fabric properties and cargo weight
(3) Due to the shooting environment, different display, light problems,
it may cause color difference between the picture and the material object
