Yes,we work on OEM & ODM orders,which means size,material,quantities,design etc will depend on your requests.
Do you have MOQ for each item?
for our regular product ,no MOQ , if need customize the products,MQO is 500 or 1000pcs
What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?
1.Size of products. 2.Material /Quantities. 3.Package.(Additional charges will be charged if additional packing is required). 4.Please send us some pictures if possible so that we can do best as your request.
Could I get a sample?
Yes, of course. We always provide samples to our dear customers with a reasonable charge. And sample fee could be returned when you place the bulk.
What’s your payment term?
We support Trade Assurance, T/T, L/C, Western Union, Paypal. The 30%payment deposit and the 70% balance paid before the delivery.
How long is the lead time?
Sample time is 3-7days. The lead time of bulk is 25- 30days after we received the deposit and customer confirmed the sample. Please contact our sales for clarification.
How does your quality control ?
We have a professional QC team, we will control the goods quality during all the mass production.
How to deal with faulty or refund the faulty products ?
Firstly.Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.Secondly.During the guarantee period,we will replace you with new parts.
