Who we are & How we do
We, Yiwu You Feng Trading Firm, on behalf of Wokali Biological Technology Company., Ltd. (Wokali China) are the leading manufacturer in skin care industry for more 20 years. We mainly focus on 100% pure natural fruit extract, organic trees and flowers product, including face wash, toner, face cream, facial lotion, eye cream/serum, facial serum, face scrub, body scrub, face & body scrub, foot scrub, hand cream and foot cream, shampoo and conditioner, shower gel and body lotion, whitening cream, sunblock cream, liquid/defense cream/BB cream, peer off mask and sheet mask, body & bath works.
Currently, we've exported to the overseas markets for more than 2000 items. Our customers are mainly from South East Asia, Middle Asia, Middle East, Europe, UK, America, Africa and Australia, the 5 continents in whole.
2. Q: What's the MOQ of the products, can it be mixed or just one item one carton?
A: Generally, the MOQ is one item 10 cartons as we are facing the wholesalers and agents, for reseller and new customers in this market, we provide variety of items to help them to test their markets, then 10 different items are recommended.
3. Q: How long is the long leading time?
A: Usually, we have stocks for almost all the items, and the products can be delivered within 3 to 7 days against payment. If there is a shortage for some items, then the goods can be delivered within 10days. (7days for production, and 3 days for inland transportation) For a 20FT container, or a 40HQ, the production shall be arranged as per production planner within 30 days.
4. Q: What's the trade terms?
A: Usually, we provide EXW price, and for the container, we provide FOB price. We can help the customers for the custom declaration and custom clearance as well.
5. Q: Do you provide OEM or ODM?
A: Yes, we provide OEM and ODM services for many regular wholesalers and agents, of course we also provide the OEM and ODM for new customers, the moq is 5k per item, or 10k per item, depends.
6. Q: What's your market segementation?
