Hot melt glue gun department product research and development, processing, injection molding, assembly, testing, packaging .At the same time, each process is strictly controlled according to THE ISO9000 standard. There are 4 assembly lines and 8 packaging lines. The production capacity of glue gun is 300,000-500,000 per month. All products have obtained the TUV/GS/CE and UL certification from Germany. Providing customers exported to Europe and the United States, favored by brand customers.
The hot melt adhesive business has more advanced production and testing equipment in China. Establish a complete and scientific management system. Products have been ROHS, PAHS,REACH quality system certification. The monthly production capacity of hot melt adhesive is 150-200 tons, and the monthly packaging capacity of glue stick is 1-1.5 million bags. Company has a number of technical patents, and was named "Hangzhou high-tech enterprise".
