1),waste oil/plastic to diesel machine
2),PLC control system from waste engine oil/mineral oil/tire oil/plastic oil to diesel, base oil distillation machine
3),Crude oil refinery machine. Capacity arranges from 1 ton to 200 tons daily.

Pyrolysis machine Introduction

Based on normal technology from waste rubber, tire, plastic extracted to fuel oil, we provide with new design from these waste material including oil slug to diesel and petrol, which can get high quality of diesel and petrol with low percent of sulfur. This system is mainly of reactor, feeding system, heating system, catalyst refining system, cooling system and waste gas recycling system and dust removal system

Waste tyre, Used rubber, Waste plastic (PP,PE,PS, HDPE), Oil sludge,

Fuel as heating material :

Wood, Coal, Carbon briquette, Natural gas, Diesel, Fuel oil, Heavy oil

End product output ( waste tyre as feeding material ,if your raw material is plastic,the output rate depends on plastic type)

Diesel : 40%-45% (We have mature technology to get diesel as final product with distillaiton tower)

carbon black : 30%-35%

waste gas: 3%-5%

wire: 10%-15%
