MACHINE DESCRIPTION
Stator coil inserting machine can automatically insert coils and slot papers into slots of stator one time.
Slot paper is automatically fed, formed, cut, positioned, and inserted into slots. Paper length can be preset on the touch screen.
Coil inserting is driven by servo motor, in variable speed and in different sections.
Coil inserting speed and slot paper inserting method can be preset on the touch screen according to different motor conditions.
With the components of paper feed, body, transmission and circuit, the machine is applicable to the automatic insertion of the electric engine stator coil and paper.
Application Scope of stator auto coil inserting machine
Electric engines of Y series, electric engines of generators, electric engines of washing machine, air conditioning, water pump, compressors, electric engines of fan, also applicable to the copper wires, aluminum wires and some special wires.
Remarks: Subject to the requirements of the customers, it can be customized for special electric engines, with the prices determined according to the production technology of the goods.

2) Capable of modifying the parameters on the touch screen, with the automatic paper feed mechanism capable of fixed-length paper feeding, molding, cutting and inserting into the paper base of the coil inserting mold.
