1. What is your MOQ ?
Every product is different ,normally would be 500 pcs, but we're open to communication to support small starters and first try out. Free free to contact us upon this issue.
2. What's the arrangement with samples ?
We can provide free sample for our customers, charge for custom design element but refundable when customers do place order to certain quantity.Takes about 2~3 days to deliver in stock product.
3. How long is the production lead time ?
It takes about 30 days for MOQ for any none in stock product.
4 . What is your payment term ?
Our normal payment term is T/T30% deposite after order signed and 70% against
copy of B/L.
