This series of products uses PLC program control system, program control, digital display of the position of the feed roller, and has the function of power-off memory, automatically detect and control the blade at the reference position. This machine has the following characteristics:
The upper and lower positions of the upper cross bridge are realized by the ball screw pair, the reset precision is high, and its position is displayed by numbers on the operation panel;
The bending amount of the feeding roller is adjustable, and the requirements of different skin processing techniques can be met by changing the shape of the feeding roller;
The position of the edge of the pressure plate relative to the center plane can be adjusted by turning the hand wheel, and the digital display is simple and convenient;
The hydraulic tensioning device for the knife is an independent operating system, and the tensioning force of the knife is
displayed by the pressure gauge;
The blade position can be automatically detected and accurately positioned, and the sensitivity is 0.04mm;
The feeding system is driven by mechanical stepless speed regulation, which is easy to operate;
PLC control can complete the slight lifting of the feed roller during the splitting of the whole leather;
The distance of the copper ring roller relative to the blade is easy to adjust.
