Magnetic Connecting rod float level gauge
Magnetic Connecting rod float level gauge/ transmitter It is mainly designed and produced for liquid level measurement of underground storage tanks or containers that are not suitable for side openings or limited side installation space. The standard Magnetic Connecting rod float level gauge is composed of a buoy tube, a process connection flange, a protective cylinder, a float, and a liquid level indicator component. It is suitable for measuring weakly corrosive liquids. When the medium is highly corrosive, the anticorrosive top-mounted Magnetic Connecting rod float level gauge made of PP material or stainless steel lined with PTFE can be selected.
Continuous Float Level Transmitter uses the magnetic inside of the floating ball following as the change of liquid level to change divider circuit composed by the resistor inside of the rod and the magnetic reed switch, thus converted into divider signal which can be turned by transmitter into standard industrial signal of 4~20mA so as to test the liquid level. The smaller the clearance of the magnetic reed switch is, the higher the accuracy is. This level indicator can also be used for long-distance indication if combined with other secondary instrument. Type of field LED display + “4-20mA” indicator the true level continuously, and also connect with PLC/DCS or Recorders. The 4~20mA signal can transmit in the scope of 0~3Km.
