We provide proofing sample and product sample to customer for testing, customer just need to pay for the freight for it. For custom-made samples, customer need to pay for the customizing fee and shipping cost, the customizing fee will be refunded after placing an order for it.
4. Shipping & Freight:
For provide more shipping options to our customers, we usually provide Exw price, which is factory wholesale price without shipping cost included. But if you need, we can provide door to door express, like DHL, FedEx, EMS, TNT, etc with prepay the freight. Customer also can let his shipping agent to contact us, and we will do our best to cooperate with them for goods delivery.
5. Customization:
If customer have any needs of customization or OEM service, please contact our sale staff for more details. It would be easy to achieve like changing Logo, outlook, printing, language and so on. For ingredient change, please arrange a sample to us for reference.
6. Distributing:
