GS Series Refrigeration Compressor Oil
Product Description
GS series is a refrigerating machine oil compounded by highly refined naphthenic base oil and additives.
Product performance
1. Chemical Stability: it will not interact chemically with refrigerants or other materials present in the system.
2. Thermal Stability: No accumulation of excess carbon deposits at high temperature areas.
3. No Wax Content: Prevents oil/refrigerant mixtures from forming flocculent waxy deposits in low temperature parts of the system.
4. Low pour point: It can prevent the precipitation oil from solidifying in the tube head.
5. High dielectric strength: ensures good insulation. In hermetic units, the oil/refrigerant mixture acts as an insulator between the motor and the compressor
6. Moderate viscosity: Although diluted with refrigerant, it can still have a high-strength oil film under extremely high temperature operating conditions. At the same time, it can maintain good fluidity under extremely low temperature conditions.
7. No contamination: prevents scuffing of bearing surfaces, blocked pipes and premature aging.
Application
For HCFC refrigerant(R22, R123, R124, R401a, R402a, R402b,R403b,R406a,R408a,R409a); CFC refrigerant(R11, R12, R13, R131bl,R113,R114,R500, R502, R503); Ammonia refrigerant R717; Iscbutane refrigerant R600a, Propane refrigerant: R290. It can be used in various compressors such as reciprocating, rotary, scroll and turbo.
