Product details:

Application:
Wine bottle, cosmetic container, float glass sheet, lighting glass, glass craft etc.
Product usage instructions:
1. Apply your stencil design using sticker vinyl onto a clean glass.
2. Brush a thick layer of etching glass cream over the stencil design
3. Wait for about 5 min
4. Wash off with water
5. Remove the stencil
Note Do not use a glass that has been coated with special coating e.g. sublimation coating as it will not take.

Mesh--Screen printing--Wash--Finishing
1, 80-150 dacron mesh is recommended, monofilament dacron mesh, the viscosity of cream depends on the size and pattern of the
mesh;
2, Stir well and evenly the frosting cream;
3, Pre-treatment: remove the dirt, wet and oil on the surface of glass
4, Screen printing: the same as normal screen printing operation, use scraper screen printing the cream from one side to another(In winter or temperature lower than 20℃, there will separate out some crystal from the cream, put the barrel with cream in hot water, add the temperature of cream to 20-40℃, stir it well until the crystal is solved);
5, Wash: after applying the cream, wait for 1-5min before washing it with tap water;
6, air drying the glass
