•Re launch QSNT-C235 engine, with strong power, high efficiency and energy saving.
•High reliability power shift gearbox, stable hydraulic torque converter, and final drive with two-stage straight tooth structure can efficiently transmit power, with high transmission power and high production efficiency.
•The engine can work normally and reliably under any load conditions and any thermal environment required by the user without causing engine overheating.
•It can realize automatic fault diagnosis and whole process monitoring. The integral cast instrument panel integrates air conditioning, electrical appliances and instruments, making it more beautiful and high-end.
•The main frame with a full box structure shall be made of high-performance materials and high-strength castings, and shall have a high capacity of bearing impact load and resisting bending and torsion. High quality welds shall ensure that the main frame has a full life cycle.
•Semi rigid suspension traveling system can increase the grounding area of the track and improve the traction of the vehicle.
•According to ergonomics, the driver's seat and armrest can be easily adjusted up, down, forward and backward. The speed change, steering and throttle control are placed on the left side, and the flexible shaft structure is used. The working device is placed on the right side, and the servo control system is used to make the operation process more light and flexible and reduce fatigue.
•The standard straight tilt bulldozer has strong cutting force and can cope with various difficult operating environments: large single tooth scarifier with adjustable penetration angle can be used for loosening clay, frozen soil and other soil layers, and can also be used for stripping gravel, hardened salt mines and other hard working surfaces.
Engine

Powershift Transmission

The powershift transmission box is planetary gears type , by operating hydraulic control valve for traveling forward and reverse.It features planetary gears,multi-disk clutch and hydraulically applied forced lubrication.
Torque converter
-Based on a revolutionary 3-element, 1-stage 1-phase design,the torque converter can effortlessly transmits power from the engine to its final drive that minimizes power loss.
Cooling system
-The closed system keeps the tank pressure at a specific value , which can increase the evaporation temperature and heat dissipation efficiency of the cooling water.
Cabin
-New hexahedral cab with large internal space and wide field of view,excellent vibration and well-damped cabin provides a comfortable working environment. Well-displayed instrument panel equipped for easy monitoring of all functions on board.
Undercarriage system
