The heavy-duty gravity roller is divided into four parts: tube, flange, shaft and bearing. The flanges are machined from steel plates and then welded to the tube. We can choose the tube diameter,tube thickness, shaft diameter and bearing according to the actual load-bearing, which can completely break through the limitations of the stamping bearing house(DP1300).
