Construction Process:
1. Car body cleaning, checking
Please use degreaser produced byStrong Chemical"to clean the oil, waxand dirt on the substrate completely.and check the degree of damage andype of coatings
2. Andand modify the feather edge
Please use P80/P120/P180 dry sandingpaper to clean the paint film, the width offeather edge should not be lower than 3cm
3. Spray epoxy primer(if needed)
Epoxy primer is necessary to spray If themetal of damage area is already visibleafter it turns totally dry, scrape puttydirectly without sanding.
4. Scrape and sand putty
According to mixing ratio to add hardenerinto putty, mix and scrape, After it turnsdry, use P80/P120/P180 sanding papefor dry sanding, and use P240-P320sanding paper to sand previous paint film.
5. Dedusting, cleaning and covering
Please use the degreaser produced byStrong Chemical to clean the oil anddirt on car body And cover the area thatdoesn't need to be sprayed.
6. Spray 2K primer surfacer
According to mixing ratio to add hardenerand thinner to mix with primer surfacerspray 2-3 coats. the flash off time is 3-5minutes
7. Sanding 2K primer surfacer
Please use P320-P400 dry sandingpaper with sander to sand, wet sandingwith P600-P800 sanding paper manuallor edge
8. Cleaning, dedusting and covering
Please use the degreaser produced byStrong Chemical" to clean the oil anddirt on car body, and use cloth clean dustand ash. cover the area that doesnt needto be sprayed
9. Spray topcoat or basecoat
According to mixing ration to mix metallicor pear or solid color paint with hardenerand thinner Spray 2-3 coats, flash-off timeis 5-10 minutes. after 10-15 time to spray clear coat
10.Spray clearcoat
According temperature to choose differentclearcoat and add proper hardener andthinner, spray 2 coats. the flash-off timeis 5-10 minutes uf needing to dissolve
11. Drying time of clearcoat
After spraying clearcoat. please wait for15-20 minutes, then make it dry by heator air drying
12. Polishing and waxing
Paint film dried by roast should be polishedand waxed after cooling. P1500-2000sanding paper could be used if needingto sand, then process overall polishing
13. Polish
Wet sand with P2000 grit sandpaperCompound and polish.
