Product presentation:
The fluoride TUW-770 is chemically inert, so it can be used in single-phase or dual-phase coolant, for supercomputer systems and military sensitive electronic components. Because of its very high insulation, it can be used for the cooling of high-voltage transformers and high-power electronic components. In the semiconductor industry, TUW-770 is mainly used for etching equipment, ion implantation equipment, chemical thermostatic coolant for vapor deposition (CVD). Because the TUW-770 dip point is very low, it can be used for cold and heat impact tests and various other tests.
