3D-Leak guard:prevent the side leakage efficiently;
6.
Magic tape:best fixing baby's diaper and ideal for reapted use;
7.
Elastic waist band:Best fitting baby's waist and preventing the back leakage;
8. Ultra thin design but high absorption:To keep diaper light and soft,which helps baby to fall to sleep.
Product composition of baby diapers :
Outside material: Soft and breathable surface from polyethylene and propylene; Magic tape: Polypropylene; Magic Fastener: Polypropylene; Elastic closing system: Synthetics; Leakage protection: Polypropylene nonwoven and elastic filaments from Elastan; Absorption core: FSC mix Cellulose; Totally chlorine free bleached (TCF); Wetness storage: Polyacrylate with green tea extract. Interior nonwoven layer: Polypropylene adhesives; No perfume no lotion. Bag: PLA from renewable resources, biodegradable.
All materials accept customized:
1. Absrobent core: San-Dia SAP, Sumitomo SAP, China SAP, etc;
2. Topsheet: Spunbond NW, Hot air NW, organice cotton, etc;
3. Backsheet: PE film, cloth like, etc
4. Magic tape: S cut, Straight, etc
