04: Buying guidelines

Our Portable Tire Branding Serial Brander Tools are CNC machined from a solid block of brass using a very fine cutter, KEEPLEADER can include almost any text or graphics that you would like on your branding iron, but there are a few guidelines:

Simple fonts can usually be reproduced down to 3mm high, KEEPLEADER can go smaller in some applications and more complex fonts will need to be larger

KEEPLEADER recommend keeping lines at least 0.3mm thick, so they come out clearly when branded

Where possible it is best to have black text/lines a white background, as white text on a black background can tent to darken during branding

Gaps between branded objects (letters, lines etc) need to be at least 0.3mm in order to remain a gap when branded

Black and white pictures, symbols and logos can be incorporated on the branding iron

If you are unsure of your logo is suitable for branding, just email KEEPLEADER a copy, keepleader will let you know if we can make it, or recommend any changes that may be required

05: Applicable material

As well as solid wood, a range of other materials can be branded, some such as bamboo board and MDF will brand with very similar results to solid wood, others such as plastic, leather and cork required lower temperature to brand, this can be achieved with our traditional branding machine by simply not heating the brand for as long, while our electric branding irons require a dimmer controller to reduce the operating temperature, KEEPLEADER electric branding irons are also great for branding the white drinking coconuts that cock tails are served in for bars, resorts, weddings and corporate events

Portable Tire Branding Serial Brander Tool is constructed to hold up under everyday use, and will give the user long efficient service, serial brander tool operates at high temperature, and should be used very carefully, severe burns or fire may result if the tool is used improperly, keep serial brander tool away from combustible materials, don’t place heated serial brander tool in areas where others may accidentally come in contact with them, always use the correct voltage the serial brander tool was designed for, plugging a 110 volt into a 220v circuit is extremely dangerous and cause the serial brander tool to fail, and avoid leaving the serial brander tool plugged in for long periods of time without use because it is possible to build up and excess of heat, when in use, never rest the serial brander tool in a position  with the branding head down, always use the stand to rest the brander on a non-combustible surface, don’t strike serial brander tool against hard surface to shake off dirty, adopts high-temperature resistance grease to lubricate the rotary character wheel, if any rubber debris found inside of groove of rotary wheel, must remove settled dirty away immediately

05:Cannot rebuild the tire brander, open the power box and heating couples

07:Please change the new heating tube once have defected heating function

08:Please contact manufacturer if need to change the heating tube

09: Cannot use the tire brander over 8 hours

10: If have any residues or detained material on numbering roller, please clean it immediately

11: Please lubricate the numbering roller to improve its longevity
