Performance description
1. The residual oxygen of the equipment can be less than 5%, and the residual oxygen of some materials with large particle size can be less than 3%;
2. Plexiglass material is imported acrylic, thickness 8-10mm, high-end atmosphere;
3. The hob uses 4 hobs to seal, the sealing force is more uniform, and the sealing performance index is excellent;
4. The mold needs to be replaced to replace the caliber, and the replacement time is about 120 minutes;
5. The replacement diameter needs to be replaced: indenter + lower cover + turntable + guardrail, POTS and LIDS of different materials should be replaced with sealing rolls;
6. Change the height of can sealing, need to replace the sealing cover, adjust the hand screw, adjust the time of about 60 minutes;
7. PLC intelligent programming and touch screen control, easy to use and set up;
8. The sealing effect is tested by strict testing means before delivery and use to ensure product quality;
9. The defect rate is very low, iron cans are less than one in 10,000, plastic cans are less than one in 1,000, paper cans are less than two in 1,000;
10. There is a lack of cover alarm capping function to ensure efficient and uninterrupted work of the equipment;
11. Set the can without cover and failure detection stop, effectively reduce equipment failure.
