A: We have strict production flow control, making sure all products are qualified before delivery.

A: Our products are commented high performance and quality stable, since most of our customers are importers or resellers in the market, if we are selling to your market, if give some references so that you can understand our quality level. If not, you are suggested to make a trial order in small quantity to test.

Q: Do you offer free sample of your product to Test?
A: As for now, we do not offer free sample to test, but we guarantee our product quality and offer replacement if quality does not match your request.

Q: Do you have MOQ request for sample order?
A: No Order is too small for us, testing is first step to our cooperation, any quantities is acceptable and we hope the same to help you cut testing cost down with minimum quantity to test.

Q: If quality good, we plan to make our logo on package, is it possible?
A: Our customers are most importer or reseller and some of them also sell with their brands, so we have rich experiences. We also help some customers make customized design for cartons or packages as well.

Q: How to place order with you?
A: Make an inquiry by leaving us message or online talk, our sales will reply you within 24 hours, we will learn from your request, check with you for order details, offer solution of product, package and shipment. If all confirmed, a Proforma Invoice will be prepared and sent to you for review and support on payment. After receive of your payment, order will go production and for earliest delivery.

Q: How long will your goods ready?
A: for sample order in small quantity, 2-5 days will get ready, if need longer delivery, you will be advised from our sales. For regular orders in bulk quantities, will need 7 to 14 days mostly, depending on product size and quantity. For customized size order, long delivery term will require.

Q: How should we do if your products does not run well?
A: If our product does not meet your request, you are suggested to help us feedback product performance, picture or video of product performance will help us better and we will prepare some questions from our engineers to help us understand performance and analysis reason and offer solution. If problem caused by our side, we will offer replacement to cover your loss.
