Vacuum multi arc ion coating,that is,using arc discharge to make the target material ( titanium , chromium ,ziconium,etc.)evaporated or sputtered in a vacuum atmosphere.The evaporated or sputtered particles are ionized,activated and reacted in the gas discharge space,and finally deposite on the workpiece to form a film.
Multi arc ion coating integrates gas glow discharge,plasma technology and vacuum evaporation technology,which has the characteristics of strong adhesion of film base,good uniformity of film layer,wear resistance and corrosion resistance,and rich and diverse colors.
