Platecoil® dimple tank(dimple jacket) that hold products which require heating or cooling can be equipped with a “jacket” made from Platecoil®, as an integral part of the casing. Jacket plates are welded by laser welding machines, then it can be rolled in your desired shape. After installing the Jacket, the Pillow Plates are inflated. We can offer a variety of well-tested Tanks for a wide range of applications.

What's the clamp-on ?
It's one of another form of heat exchange plates ,can be directly fit to the outer surface of tanks or containers to realize the purpose for cooling or heating some liquid or solvent .

What's the usage of clamp -on ?
Chemequip's clamp-on are usually mounted on the outside of existing tanks or container to provide heating or cooling of the product inside the existing tank or container. the clamp-on heat exchange can be made into double embossed construction, by using heat conductive mud, the clamp-on jacket fits completely to your tank or container; it also can be made a single embossed or rolled shape according to your requirements

Double Embossed Pillow Plate, It has inflated structure on both sides .
