Manufacturing Technique
1.Poultry debeaking machine trims and cauterizes in a single operation.
2.The machine is equipped with low-speed geared motor to drive the electric heated moving blade on the Gauge blade.
3.The Blade heating temperature can be controlled with adjusting switch.
4.The machine is also equipped with a timer switch where heated blade can be in hold position for better cauterization.
5.The time set for hold position is from 0 – 4 seconds.
