Application
The air treatment ozone generators are able to effectively remove exhaust gas and odors generated by the cooking process.Remaining odor is a gas that need treating by a very strong neutralizer. Ozone is a well-known powerful disinfectant. It’s able to thoroughly remove smells from the kitchen exhaust duct system.
The generator’s ozone outlet is connected to the exhaust duct after the exhaust hood. Ozone requires a minimum time to contact and react with odors, then odors will be removed because of their structure are destroyed.
The ozone generator can be installed without an electrostatic filter if the cooking system only generates grease mist (no smoke).The ozone breaks down the grease and odour by oxidation.
Of course, the ozone series can also be applied in other fields, such as livestock breeding, vegetable greenhouse, edible
mushrooms farm, and space disinfection, exhaust plume treatment of various industries, etc.
