Controls are optional. As standard, all LED sky panel lights are supplied with Lifud LED drivers that simply operate on/off. We can supply various types of dimmable LED drivers (Zigbee, Wifi, Bluetooth, DALI, 0-10v).
The most popular control method in our store is Zigbee control, dimmable and color temperature changeable (same as video effect).

Q5: How to deal with the faulty?

For almost all our products, we offer 5 years warranty, except some product with internal led drivers and emergency pack.
If any of our products malfunction during warranty period, we will send new finished lamps or accessories as replacement!
