We Use Good Materials and Never Cut Corners.
In the shelving industry, a few manufacturers claim to use 1.2mm thickness of tube for the poles, but actually they use 1.0mm or even use 0.8mm thickness of tube to reduce the cost and pursue high profit, which doesn't comply with business ethics. We've never done this and always been using good materials for all the shelves we produce.
Q: What's your main product made from, do you have any other material?
A: Our main product is made from carbon steel which is heavy duty, we provide a choice of sizes and tiers, you can get your talor-made storage plan with us. We also provide Stainless Steel and Epoxy Coating material for your choice.
Q: How to assemble the shelving? Would it need any tools?
A: For those of small size, it's very easy to assemble, for large/huge
size, you may need an assist on the assembling. Please follow the video/instruction we provide when needed.
Q: What is the MOQ? How about the payment terms?
A: Our MOQ is 10 sets per size. In general, our payment terms is T/T(30% deposit before production, 70% balance against copy of shipping doc.)
Q: How about the samples?
A: We can provide 20% off for samples as 5 sets limits.
