4. Adjust the conveyor belt to ensure that its tension is moderate and not too tight or too loose.
5. For the steam heating type ironing machine, first open the steam stop valve next to the steam trap, and then open the steam inlet valve later, and then turn off the residual water in the drum; then turn on the speed control motor or the inverter controller. Slowly rotate its knob to run the ironing machine at a low speed of 2~3m/min. At the same time, the inlet valve is fully opened, the roller is heated, and the pressure on the left side of the ironing machine is observed. The steam pressure is above 0.3MPa. You can start ironing work.

6. For the electric heating type ironing machine, first turn on the speed governor or the inverter controller, slowly rotate the knob, run the ironing machine at a low speed of 2~3m/min, then turn on the heating button to heat the roller, and observe that it is located at the ironing machine. The thermometer on the right side of the machine indicates the value, and the temperature can be above 100 °C before ironing can begin.
7. Place the dehydrated fabric on a conveyor belt and iron it into the ironing area.
8. According to the ironing condition of the fabric, the control knob can obtain the appropriate speed and can be ironed normally.
