4. Can you provide a sample or testing machine?
Yes, we can provide a sample or testing machine, but you need to pay a moderate amount as the cost.
5. What ’ s the lead time if I place the order now?
The lead time depends on the quantity and complexity of the products to be ordered, for example, the models stock is avaliable we can deliver within 3-5 days,our daily production is 800 sets, customized ones will depend on your requirements.

6. What is your MOQ?
Normally 5 sets at least, but in some special cases and if the product is too complex 1-2 sets can also be possible.
7. What are your payment terms?
We can accept T/T, L/C, western union or even alibaba payment, but in the beginning T/T or cash is the only acceptable option particularly for those specially designed/customized products. If T/T, at least 30-50% deposit shall be needed while the balance to be paid before or right after the shipment.

8. What ’ s the loading port?
Our loading port is Shanghai ,Guangzhou,Qingdao,Yiwu,

one of the busiest and largest sea port in the world, which means the lowest and cheapest shipping costs are always possible.
