Beta-glucanase (beta-glucanase) is the general term for all glucose polymers that can break down the beta-glucoside bond chains. According to the different mode of action, it is divided into two categories: internal and external cutting. This product is an enzyme preparation made from Trichoderma viridis by deep fermentation and refined by modern biotechnology. It belongs to the endotrophic β-glucanase, which can catalyze the hydrolysis of β-glucan to maltose and glucose. It can be used in brewing, feed, fruit and vegetable juice processing, plant extraction, textile, food and other industries
