Bleachers is constructed strictly accordance to relevant code. The new tools and design techniques are used to provide the most effective design for the customers.
1. How long is the lead time?
It is depend on your quantity. We can count time before place order.
2. If I need an offer, what information do you want?
Our products are customized. Different size has different price. It is better if you can provide us CAD drawing. Also you can tell us your site size that put products
and quantity of seat. Then our desginer will desgin it for you free until you are satisfied. More details, we can suggest you better plan and provide more economic price
3. Do you deliver the installed system or only the parts?
Deliver the parts for grandstand. Because they are too large to put into container. Pls do not worry, we will send ways to help you installation. If you need, we
can dispatch an engineer to your country to help you.
For stadium seat, deliver installed system and parts are ok. But installed system has more volume and has more shipping cost, it is difficult to pack them and
maybe demage during shipping.
4. How long to arrive my place?
For different countries and regions, the time is different. You can tell us your port, then estimate time for you.
5. How long about your guarantee?
It is 5 years guarantee except man-made damage. One year free maintenance, other years needs payment.
