WAKUI Noodles are gluten-free ramen noodles made primarily from rice flour (white rice flour, germinated brown rice flour).
No flour, barley, rye, or gluten are used.
WAKUI Noodles have the natural spring of rice and a smooth texture, providing you with a fantastic bowl of ramen.
There's no unusual taste, and the noodles have a good waviness to them, so you can enjoy them with a number of soups, such as miso, shoyu, tonkotsu, shio, tan tan, and more.
There are no animal products used in production, so vegans and vegetarians can enjoy these noodles, too.
Also, these are made at a factory that doesn't work with any of the designated 28 allergens or shellfish, so those with food allergies can enjoy them with peace of mind as well.
