Infrared filters are generally black infrared-transmitting acrylic filters, with acrylic as the base material. The transmission rate is less than 1% in the visible light range of 400-700nm, but can transmit near-infrared wavelengths above 720-1100nm. Infrared transmission rate can be adjusted to 80-93% according to the thickness, working band and color requirements.
Since the product is easy to mold and low cost compared to glass, it is widely used in communication components with infrared transmittance, which helps to pass infrared signals while easily covering the internal structure because of the visual black color. It is used in large quantities for infrared signal transmission or infrared windows for cell phones, computers, home appliances, automobiles, infrared touch screens, etc.
Features: transparent film protection on both sides, 750-2500nm penetration rate greater than 90%, good elasticity of material, bending rate greater than 60 degrees, greater than 2H Mohs hardness, not fragile, can be cut into any shape.
