Product Usage
1. Warm up tea bowl by pouring hot water and put bamboo whisk into tea bowl. Then drain hot water after warmed them and wipe edge of the tea bowl. Better to sieve Matcha before serving tea.
2. The amount of tea is about 2g. Cooled down boiled soft water to 80 deg.c with about 70 ml should be used.
3. Pour matcha into tea bowl. If making tea without sieve, pour hot water a little and break up matcha ball into powder by bomboo whisk. Then pour rest of hot water to tea bowl. Hold tea bowl with one hand and whisk matcha powder with bamboo whisk with another hand. It is the touch which draws the character of "m ", so that Matcha may be well mixed with hot water. To keep bamboo whisk head not touching bottom of tea bowl. After Matcha tea and hot water were mixed and bubble formed finely, pull up bamboo whisk from tea bowl. Then drink Matcha.
