Polyurethane hotmelt adhesive film —TPU
A.Feature
Free sew film has advantages of lower melting point, good spring back performance and very soft hand touching feeling etc.and is suitable for nylon fabric Lycra fabric and the compound processing on different elastic fabric, laundry-resistant, easy to usage, do not influence the characteristic of the elastic fabric after compounding the fabric.
B.Application
Wildly used for seamless zipper,seamless pocket,top fly,mesh fabric lamination for sport shoes,seamless
underwear,TPU and leather lamination,seamless mobile phone case,plywood,metal film,conductive fabric,
reflective materials,automobile trims,IC card sealing,PVC lamination etc.
C.Process suggestion
The product will be processed by high-frequency machine,laser cutting machine,heat roller machine,flat-bed heat press machine,iron etc
D.Packages&Stores
2 rolls/ctn or pallet packing;to avoid UV,it is put on wooden pallets and kept in cool and dry plac es.
