♣ Function discription:

1. Micro-computer controller automatic controlled temperature, humidity, egg-turning.

2. Chicken incubator egg turner or egg turning motor is the main part of

chicken incubator egg-turning system. Chicken incubator egg turner is responsible for controlling egg turning of egg tray. Egg turning angle is 45 degree and the egg tray turns every two hour.

Chicken incubator will automatically turn eggs. Every egg-turning process will take 3 minute.

3. Temperature sensor will sense chicken incubator inside actual temperature and pass the data to incubator micro-computer controller. So micro-computer controller will display chicken incubator temperature automatically.

4. Humidity sensor will sense chicken incubator automatic inside actual humidity and pass to incubator micro-computer controller. So micro-computer controller will display chicken incubator humidity automatically.

5. Large incubator which has egg trolleys equip with hot air fan around the egg trolley. ( Hot air fan will automatic diffuse temperature, which makes egg incubator temperature inside uniform.) The ventilator( exchange the air inside the incubator and outside incubator). The function of hot air fan and ventilator is different.
