5XFZ Moblie Combine Seed Cleaner
1) Function: fine cleaning to remove impurities, broken and infected grains; grading seeds according to sizes.
2) Application: cereal grains and seeds.
3) Capacity: 7.5-20t/h (wheat).
5XFZ mobile combine seed cleaner integrates with necessary and popular seed cleaning and grading equipment huller, air sifter, gravity table, vibration cleaner, no- broken bucket elevator and dust collector, to remove dust, stem, awn, husk, bran, light impurites, blighted, geminated, smut scab diseased, moldy and insect damaged seeds, classify and discharge seeds by sizes to different product outlets.
Application of 5XFZ Moblie Combine Seed Cleaner
Hyde 5XFZ mobile combine seed cleaner is used for processing seeds and grains such as wheat, rice, maize, rice sunflower seed, beans, oil seeds, melon seeds, vegetable seeds and other smail particle products, with the advantages of impact structure, flexible movement, low energy consumption, wide application, high efficiency, and excellent selection effect.
De-Awner: remove awns, some husks on wheat. Feed other grains to the feeding hopper to skip the de-awner.
Air Sifting Chamber together with cyclone: remove dust and light impurities by aspiration, and collected by cyclone for environmental-friendly discharging;
Gravity table: remove lighter-density blighted, geminated, smut scab diseased, moldy and insect damaged hollow seeds;
Vibration cleaner: remove oversized big impurities such as stems straws and small impurities such as undersized broken seeds, small stones, grass seeds to select the good seeds; also can classify good seeds by sieve hole sizes.
