Q: Can we visit your factory before order?

Sure. All new and old friends are welcomed to visit us at our factory. Besides, we can pick up you at station if needed.
Q: What's the warranty of your products?
A:
The warranty time of the machine is one year. During this period, we will send you the replacement for the broken part(not man made) with international express in 7 days.
To meet the demand of customer is our goal. We are standing by for any question of customer. We will make our service fast, efficient and satisfied.
Q: Is OEM acceptable to your factory?

Yes,
We have professional engineers and designers. We can provide OEM products, and
OEM production is one of our advantages.
Q: Can you provide custom machine, Yes or No?

Yes. We can provide custom machine for clients.
Q: What's the MOQ?
A:
The MOQ is different from 1 set to 50 sets according to machines size and its value. For big size machine MOQ can be 1 set; for small size machine MOQ at least 5 sets.
Q: What's your lead time / delivery time / date for delivery?
A:
After receiving your payment, we start to produce your order. It usually takes about 15-45 days depending on the products you order.
Q: What's your delivery term?
A:
FOB Qingdao China usually, also can be CFR/CIF/DDU/DDP if needed.
Q: Do you have a stock?
A:
Sorry, most of our machines don't have stock, we always produce according to order.
Q: Can we buy one sample?
A:
Yes, one sample order is welcome.
Q: What's your payment term?
A:
Regular 30% initial payment and the balance payment when goods are ready and after inspection before shipment.
However, if total amount is small, we prefer to 100% prepayment to help save bank charges for both of us.
Q: How about your after-sale service?
A:
Most questions during operation can be solved with our help with pictures, videos and Instructions. Our engineers are available to service overseas to provide professional online support if needed.
Of course, we can provide overseas service to let our engineer go there, but there will be some costs you should bear.
So long as the products purchased from Huike, we will provide parts service no matter in or out of the warranty.
