Q1: Are your packing method and shipping safe?

A: We use standard exporting cartons packing. Big polybags are used to prevent dust,and inner polybag to wrap each bottle or components. In order to offer better protection, we always use pallets to pack all cartons for shipping. We can help clients to insure CARGO TRANSPORTATION INSURANCE POLICY.

Q2: How does purchase your existing product or customized my product?

A-1: Existing product: Please go to choose your favorite product and memorize product code, determine product request (e.g.: color, lids / top, etc.) and order quantity, together with your consignee address, phone, name and port of discharge etc. A-2: Customized your product: If you have own design drawing (Include material name, component weight, size, and configuration etc.details),pls send to us as AI , PSD Vector format . A-3: Once receive your any information or sample, we will send best price and order process to you within 24 hour and continuously follow-up services for you, answer your any problem, until your receive the goods.

Q3: How long does it take to produce the goods?
It depends on the quantities you ordered ,also the type of glass bottle . If you don't need printing type or other artwork. For 5000pcs , it will 7-10 days. For customized or printing products ,it will take 15-20 days .

Q4:How can i get samples ?

A:If regular samples , shipping time 3-5 days , samples are free , you just need pay shipping fee is fine.

A2:For customized samples, according your design to pay samples cost , about 7-10 days delivery time .

Q5: How can you promise all bottle is good condition after shipment?
For every export goods , factory will make quality test firstly to pick out the bottles that do not meet the requirements.
Using carton and bubble paper to protect glass bottle from impact , then we will fix the carton with stretch film. For each glass bottle/jar order, we will prepare 2% of whole quantity goods as backup.
