1. Q: How quickly can you ship ?
A: Form stock itmes, usually we can ship whithin 5 days after payment. If you want to add your logo on our products, it would be 10 business day after checking all design.
2. Q:Can I custom my own tags and logo?
A: Sure. We offer customized service, Not only the tags and logo, but also the design and packing can as you request.
3. Q:What's your return policy?
A: Before shipping out, we are strictly with goods inspection, if lack of quantity or have any broken in apparel, we will
compensate customers. Because of Internation shipping cost too high, no allowing returning, please noted before you place orders.
4. Q: What is your best price for this ?
A: Usually for price, it is based on specific designs and purchasing quantity, rough quotation will be estimated from picture,
and we will have exact price after sample making.
5. Q: What about sample time &sample fee?
A: Lead time is 5-7 working days, USD50-150/style. Will take responsibility for the sample until been consider satisfied. Sample fee could be refunded when the trade value reaches USD8,000.
6. Q: What is the delivery time?
A: 25-35 Days after the advance deposit and sample confirmed, to be negotiated according to the final quantity. Urgent order is acceptable for higher price..
