1. How could I get a sample?
Before we received the first order, please afford the sample cost and express fee. but We will return the sample cost back to you after order.

What is your lead time?
For items from stock, we usually ship within 5 days after payment and for customized orders,it will be take about 30~35 days. The holiday logistics time limit will be raised to inform.

How about the shipment?
For large orders, please choose sea shipment and for some small and urgent orders,you can choose air shipment or express.We have our own agents that offer us very favourable freight rate from DHL/TNT/UPS/Fedex. Thanks for your kindly attention.
6. How to settle bulk cargo?
For the whole container order, 30% deposit will be paid after confirmation, and the balance will be paid after the container is loaded, including invoice, packing list, copy of certificate of origin and confirmation of bill of lading; the original certificate of origin and electric bill of lading will be provided after the payment arrives.
