Shipping

Shipping time : It will takes about 20-25days if by sea, It will takes about 5-7days if by air,By DHL,UPS,FEDEX,TNT,It will takes about 4-6 working days except festival and holiday.

1.If the quantity of order is not very big, we will send them to you by express delivery, such as TNT,DHL,UPS or EMS etc.

2.If order is big, we will advise you use Air Freight or Sea Freight. It through your pointed forwarders freight. FOB port is Ningbo or Shanghai.

3.If you don't have your specified forwarders freight, we can find the cheapest forwarders freight to ship the goods to your point port.

Nylon plastic balls for bearing

Nylon, also known as Polyamide, has high tensile strength, good abrasion wear resistant and impact resistance and is widely used in many home and industrial products. Having a higher melting temperature than other conventional plastics it can be used when added heat resistance is necessary. It offers good chemical resistance to common chemicals, alkalies, weak acids and is compatible with motor oil, transmission fluid, and methanol. Common uses include: screws, gears, knobs, and other low stress industrial applications formally made in metal.Nylon Balls (Zytel®, Polymide) are used in check valves, light load bearings, knobs and toggle switches and other applications where low cost and resiliency are more important than hardness. Nylon has good resistance to alkali, petroleum products and various mild chemicals. Use these nylon 6/6 balls as bearings and in sealing applications. They have a slippery surface that reduces wear caused by friction.

Acetal resin plastic balls for bearing

Delrin/POM Plastic Balls: Delrin is the name commonly used for the less commonly known polyoxymethylene (POM) acetal plastic. It has high mechanical strength and rigidity, is tough and tolerant to repeated impacts and has a good long term fatigue endurance. It has excellent resistance to petroleum based solvents, moisture and other neutral chemicals. Its has good electrical insulating properties and self lubricates in use. It can be operated within a wide operating temperature range up to 150℃. Note: There are many factors which may influence the performance of this product, temperature, chemical exposure etc. always test for your own application before selecting large quantities of this product. Performance: it is similar to nylon, but slightly harder than nylon, slightly larger than the density recommended products applied to the required low water absorption Application: POM ball table, drawer slide device, bearings, rollers, valves, electronic apparatus, sailing apparatus.

Ceramic balls for bearing(Si3N4 )

Silicon Nitride Ceramic Ball (Si3N4) are precision ceramics sintered at high temperature in a non-oxidizing atmosphere. It has high strength, high wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and can be
used for a long time in the seawater, and has insulation good performance. At 800℃, the strength and hardness are almost unchanged. Its density is 3.23g/cm³, which is almost 1/3 of the weight of the bearing steel.

The centrifugal force is small during rotation. High speed operation can be achieved. It also has self-lubricating properties, and it can be use is environments where no lubricate

medium is highly polluted.

Ceramic balls for bearing(ZrO2 ball)

Zirconia Ceramic Ball (ZrO2) has high strength and toughness at room temperature, good wear resistance, high temperature and corrosion resistance, high rigidity, non-magnetic conductivity, and electrical insulation. The strength and hardness of zirconia ceramic ball is almost unchanged at 600℃. Its density is 6.05g/cm³, and the thermal expansion rate is close to the expansion rate of metal. If the expansion rate is used, it can be used in conjunction with metal.
