Characteristic:
The control modes of high-pressure edible fungus sterilizer, mushroom fungus sterilizer and sterilizer can be divided into manual control type, electrical semi-automatic control type, computer semi-automatic control type and computer full-automatic control type. High temperature steam is used to replace the air in the tank for sterilization. This sterilization method has the advantages of fast temperature rise, strong penetration and uniform temperature in the tank.
The sterilizer has fast heating speed, uniform temperature heating, no dead angle for sterilization, automatic control of temperature (automatic stop at the design temperature, automatic temperature rise below the design temperature), automatic control of pressure, automatic control of temperature, automatic discharge of pressure and pressure relief, and arbitrary modification of automatic control of sterilization time. The top of the sterilizer is equipped with pressure supplement, pressure relief, exhaust, safety valve and pressure gauge nozzle. In order to effectively save energy, the sterilizer is equipped with thermal insulation layer.
