Hinged Semi Rigid Non Welded Bow Spring Centralizers:-
Hinged Semi Rigid Non Welded Centralizers has the ability to withstand high lateral load encountered. It ensures high efficiency in casing jobs on Deviated and Horizontal wells.
It contains the Combined features of Standard Spring Bow Centralizers and Rigid Centralizers. It has high Restoring force and high Stand Off with low Running Force which is suitable for both Deviated and Horizontal wells where load on springs is maximum.
Bow springs are made of premium quality Alloy Steel processed under rigid Heat treatment plant. The spring Feature of Double Crested profile permits compression which facilitate movement through Tight spots and Doglegs. As Compared to other Spring Bow Centralizers this device contains high Stand Off because of high Restoring force.
This expands contact area for less Bow penetration, which helps in complete Mud removal while Cementing. These Centralizer pass through a special Iron Phosphate coating process to prevent it from Rust then are coated with special Polyester Powder.
These are made with stop collar and hinge pin. These are available in size ranging from 4 1/2" to 20". Any special sizes can be made on request.
