RSM-PDT(D) High-Strain Pile Bearing Tester
RSM-PDT(D) High-Strain Pile Bearing Tester is mainly used for the testing of high strain bearing capacity of foundation piles, and is compatible with continuous pile driving monitoring and low strain integrity testing. The device is compatible with two test methods,economical and practical, has multiple functions, user-friendly,true and reliable data sampling.
Application
1. High strain bearing capacity detection of pile
2. Low strain pile integrity detection by reflected wave method (optional)
1. Original instant floating-point amplification technology, large dynamic range, high signal-to-noise ratio, taking into account strong and weak signal acquisition without distortion;
2. The balance of strain bridge can be adjusted automatically to reduce the impacts of initial deformation of strain ring on signal acquisition and eliminate the signal zero drift;
3. With fast signal acquisition pace, the 60 hammers/min signal acquisition can be completed and the piling monitoring testing can be carried out in real time;
4. Self-test for sensor installation status can be conducted in the field in real time;
5. Analysis results by Case method, F-ZV curves and upper and lower traveling wave curves are displayed in the field;
6. The three-dimensional correction function for shallow defect can be located accurately;
