The temperature measurement gun head of a steel factory is used to connect a disposable fast thermocouple, temperature measurement gun, compensation wire, secondary instrument, form a temperature measurement circuit, and transmit temperature signals. The temperature measurement can generally be completed within 3 seconds.
Adopting corresponding models to compensate for the positive and negative electrodes of the wire, using high-tech welding technology to lead out the wire, without soldering, and excluding the third component to improve temperature measurement accuracy. The insulation part is made of polymer materials with high heat resistance, and integrated injection molding is used for high positioning accuracy.
