How our seaming do.
The "EZIO" system is a mechanism actuated, cam-driven Seamer with easily adjustable rollers that allow for precise adjustment to from seams that are within can-maker specifications. Seams are formed in under only a second, faster than any other system in its class. Through two past decade's technology innovation and optimization, the result is revolutionary: the smallest, fastest Seamer in the world.
Inline Can Washer and Twist Tunnel.
EZIO ELR machine is an auto rinsing machine for various aluminum/tin/pet can. It is an ideal option for small or middle type of manufacture, which use for rinsing aluminum/tin/pet can such as water can, wine can, carbonated drinks can, juice can and so on. The machine is automatically rinsing the cans except for artificial bottle entry.
"EZIOBLOC"counter pressuring filling.
"EZIOBLOC"Counter pressuring filling does not create foaming during fill, unless beer is above 36°F. Counter Pressure filling leaves 1.27CM headspace, required by can manufacturers for product expansions and potential warming during distribution. Counter pressuring filling keep full of carbonation and more accurate at nominal volume.
Without foams during Fill.
Our machine does not like In-Line filling must foam during filling to clear head space. This type of fobbing is high in oxygen and creates high dissolved oxygen in head space. Counter pressuring filling does not create foaming during fill.
Fobs after Fill.
"EZIOBLOC"Counter pressure fillers fob with hot water or beer jet after fill to eliminate head space and exposure to atmosphere. Jet fobbing is the practice used by high-standard breweries.
Measured low TPO.
We have tested with DO meter, our TPO is lower than 50PPB. If client equip a Nitrogen jetter before fills. The TPO will be lower than 30PPB."EZIO"also provides skill to lower dissolved oxygen less during your production(20PPB).
