Pultruded FRP Profiles

This results in a product with high strength-to-weight ratio, excellent corrosion resistance, and thermal stability.
These profiles are commonly used in construction, infrastructure, and industrial applications where traditional building materials like steel, wood, or concrete might not be as suitable due to limitations such as weight, maintenance, or corrosion. Pultruded FRP profiles come in various shapes and sizes, such as I-beams, angles, channels, round and square tubes, and flat panels. The specific profile and design are often customized to fit the specific requirements of a particular application.
The glass fiber reinforced plastic tube is made of unsaturated polyester resin as matrix
and glass fiber felt coated with dense continuous glass fiber as reinforcement material. Pultrusion process
As a new type of building material, FRP pultrusion profile has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, low density,shock and fatigue resistance,ageing resistant, easy to maintain, security and anti-corrosion, which can effectively improve the quality and service life of the products.The pultruded FRP profiles are made of continuous glass fiber roving, glass fiber continuous felt and surface immaculate under the pultrusion machine traction, impregnated with glue and heated by the mold molding into various cross-section shapes and sizes of profiles, bars and pipes. Its tensile strength is higher than that of ordinary steel.
