Recycled Polyethylene( PE ) or Recycled Polypropylene ( PP ) usually contains some moisture , which will cause produce drain marks or bubbles and piercing on the surface of the final products if not eliminated, besides quality affected, the moisture even cause impossibility of processing.
Plastic desiccant masterbatch is a new functional masterbatch developed to eliminate the moisture of recycled PE and recycled PP. Adding a small rate of Desiccant masterbatch and mixing with material can absorb the moisture during production process and save drying process.
