Q1:Can I get hold of samples?
A1:We can provide the material sample of the countertop for free, but we need to charge the express fee.
Q2:Do you also make customized design?
A2:Yes. We have a professional design team that can create tailor-made engineering designs and accurate quotations for you.
Q3:Can I install my own countertops?
A3:Although you can, it is advised that granite and quartz countertops be installed professionally due to the size, weight, and skills required to provide a quality fit and finish.
Q4:What is the difference between Granite and Quartz?
A4:Granite, marble, and soapstone are natural stones that are quarried from the earth and cut into blocks then slabs. Engineered stone, also referred to as quartz, is a man-made material consisting of quartz (mineral found in natural stone), resin and color pigment mixed and then formed into a slab. These materials are very suitable for countertops.
Q5:What countertops are best for bathrooms?
A5:For bathroom or smaller spaces, we offer a variety of remnants, smaller size pieces with the same heat, stain, and scratch resistant properties as the larger pieces of stone used in kitchens and islands.
Q6: What materials can I use for my outdoor countertop/bar top?
A6: It is best to use a natural stone as opposed to a manufactured countertop. Overtime, with the exposure to UV rays, the manufactured tops my lose their pigmentation because they are not intended for outdoor use.
Q7:Will my countertop have visible seams?
A7:Most countertop installations will require at least one or more joints also known as seams. During the layout and design we will try to minimize seams required. With that said, our care in manufacturing ensures that edges fit together very tightly to help lessen the appearance of visible seams.
Q8:When we place an order, can i visit u factory to inspect goods?
A8: Yes, we are welcome to u come to visit us.In the process of product production, we have professional quality inspection personnel to ensure the quality of product production, and we will also provide pictures and videos of product production
