Our products are tracking device based on the GSM / GPRS / (WCDMA) network and GPS satellite positioning system, which set multiple functions of security, positioning, monitoring surveillance, emergency alarms and tracking. They can track and monitor remote target by SMS or internet.

This model is designed for Motorbike and Ebike. It reports ACC alarm according to engine ignition when you set  the device "ARM", you can decide whether cut the fuel and electriciry off(type B/C). With 311C you can operate ARM/DISARM through a remote controller.

Q1.What is the MOQ ?

A:For our own available designs, 1 PCS is ok.

For customized Logo, MOQ is 3000 PCS.

For customized App, MOQ is 500 PCS.


Q2.Can I mix different designs?

A:Yes, but not for ODM.



Q3.Can I get a lower price if I order large quantities?

A:Yes, cheaper prices with more bigger size orders.



Q4.Can I add or delete items from my order if I change my mind ?

A:Yes, but before shipment.



Q5.Can I get the pre-production sample ?

A: Yes, For OEM order, it is ok to send samples for confirmation before mass prouction.



Q6.When you ship my order?

A: Normally 3-5days after receiving your payment, but it can be negotiated based on order qty and production schedule.



Q7.How about the warranty?

A: 1 year for main unit and 3 months for accessories.

Q8.How do you carry out quality control

A: Our production quality follow ISO9001 strictly. Our QC team has over 19 years of experience in this field. We have strictly quality control system in our production process. We have 4 times inspection for each finished product before package. Third part inspection is acceptable.

A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes or brown cartons according to type.



Q10. What is your terms of payment?

A: Order less than 1000 units, require full payment in advance. More than 1000 units, T/T 30% as deposit, and balance before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the finished products and packages before you pay the balance.



Q11. What is your terms of delivery?

A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.



Q12. What is your sample policy?

A: We can supply the sample, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
